The 6th call of Bioeconomy International is expected to be launched in the beginning of June.
The deadline for proposal submission will be August 26th, 2019 – 11 AM CEST.
The Bioeconomy International 2019 call will be subdivided into two modules:
Module 1: BI-Basis
By means of “BI-Basis” German partners in international consortia (beyond EU) can be funded. The international partners have to demonstrate their own financing using a document clearly stating their commitment and financial capability (“Financial Commitment”). The document has to be submitted via the proposal submission by the German partner. Eligible topics in the frame of module 1 are all fields of action of the National Research Strategy Bioeconomy 2030:
The duration of the projects in module 1 is expected to be up to 36 months.
Module 2: Bio-Ger/Vnm
German-Vietnamese consortia have to apply via this module. The Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) has launched an equivalent program in parallel to fund the cooperation partners in Vietnam. Hence, Vietnamese cooperation partners are asked to submit their proposal simultaneously to the respective submission tool in Vietnam (www.most.gov.vn). From the German side, proposals must be submitted exclusively using this online tool. Proposals submitted via E-mail, fax, paper copy will not be considered for evaluation.
