Prof. Dr. Timo Gehring has 12 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, including 8 years as production manager at a pharmaceutical company. His core expertise lies in the development, transfer, scaling, and implementation of chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological processes to ensure they are suitable for industrial use.
As part of the CLUB research group at htw saar, he has been active since 2023 as a professor of bio- and environmental process engineering in the field of algae technology and its scaling.
